Located at the site of the historic Heritage Cafeteria in Springfield, MO, the Heritage Mixed-Use development is a newly constructed 5-story building with 95 luxury apartments, lounge spaces, a fitness center, and ground floor commercial spaces. CJD provided MEP engineering, commissioning, and TAB services for the project, which was completed in 2024.
