A 3-story 60,000 square foot facility serving administrative operations and associated activities for approximately 120 employees. Commercial HVAC Systems include a chilled water plant, central air handling and distributing systems, and building automation control system. CJD served as the original MEP engineer for the project and later provided Retro-Commissioning Services including: Initial evaluations and assessments of existing conditions for mechanical systems as well as the building envelope, installation and operational verifications and building performance analysis, and generation of an overall restoration plan for the building envelope and mechanical HVAC systems. CJD oversaw all repairs and improvements, and conducted functional performance testing of all systems. The project was completed in December of 2019.
