CJD Engineering was responsible for MEP design services for Caesars Republic Scottsdale, an 11-story glass building with 266 guest rooms. The 147-foot high and 260,000 square-foot hotel boasts five opulent penthouse entertainment suites, each spanning over 2,000 square feet with outdoor terraces and butler kitchens. The property also features two unique Italian restaurants by celebrity chef Giada De Laurentis and an expansive 13,500-square-foot indoor/outdoor ballroom with 34-foot-long sliding glass doors opening onto a 7,000-square-foot lawn for banquets. The column-free ballroom can be divided into four sections and can accommodate banquets for up to 750 guests. Additionally, the hotel has a 3,500-square-foot outdoor event space on the eighth floor and a 3,700-square-foot meeting space on the second floor. The project’s total estimated cost is $125 million.
