A 45,000 square foot addition to the Missouri National Guard’s AVCRAD (Aviation Classification and Repair Activities Depot) facility. Located in northwest Springfield, MO, it is one of four facilities in the country that maintains aircrafts for the Army National Guard. The new Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group Readiness Center is a two-story building with administrative offices, cubicle space, and locker rooms. CJD served as the Commissioning Authority for the project which achieved LEED certification and was completed in 2022.
