CJD Engineering, LLC provided MEP design services for the Delta by Marriott Hotel and Convention Center project. The seven-story structure will feature 200 rooms, as well as various amenities such as a restaurant, bar, lounge, pool, and fitness center. The hotel will also include 35,524 square feet of convention center space, complete with pre-convention areas and back-of-house space. Additionally, a large banquet room with a seating capacity of over 900 guests will be available.
